Wayne Gretzky Signed "Stepping Onto the Ice" 16x24 Canvas - Artist Proof #7/10 - WG Authentic COA

Limited-edition Wayne Gretzky signed 16" x 24" photographic canvas entitled "Stepping Onto the Ice," issued as Artist Proof #7/10 and accompanied by its original WG Authentic Certificate of Authenticity.

The photograph captures Gretzky stepping onto the ice at Reunion Arena on April 9, 1999, during the final days of his legendary NHL career. Photographed by Dallas Stars team photographer Glenn James, the image presents Gretzky from behind in his New York Rangers #99 uniform.

Gretzky has signed the canvas prominently in blue ink beneath the image. According to the accompanying certificate, the collectible was personally signed on March 24, 2006 and was produced as part of WG Authentic's first series of hand-signed collectibles on canvas.

This example is particularly notable as an Artist Proof numbered AP 7/10, a significantly smaller edition than the standard 99-example release. Both the canvas and accompanying certificate bear WG Authentic authentication holograms.
