Toronto Blue Jays Championship Era Game Used & Signed Bat Collection - Devon White, Ed Sprague & Ernie Whitt (Greenshields Collection)

A desirable three-piece Toronto Blue Jays game used bat collection featuring Devon White, Ed Sprague, & Ernie Whitt - key contributors to the franchise's rise & championship success during the 1980s & early 1990s.

The lot includes a Cooper Pro 100 professional model bat attributed to game use by Devon White & signed on the barrel. White was widely regarded as one of the premier defensive outfielders of his era & played a critical role in the Blue Jays' back-to-back World Series championship teams in 1992 & 1993.

Also included is a Louisville Slugger R205 model bat attributed to game use by Ed Sprague & signed on the barrel. Sprague remains best remembered for his pivotal home run in Game 2 of the 1992 World Series & was an important contributor during the club's championship years.

Completing the grouping is a Louisville Slugger S212 professional model bat attributed to game use by longtime Blue Jays catcher Ernie Whitt & signed on the barrel. Whitt was a cornerstone player during the club's formative years & helped establish the foundation for Toronto's later success.

All three bats display visible professional use characteristics including ball marks, surface wear, scuffing, & handling wear consistent with game use. The Devon White bat additionally exhibits a heavily taped handle, while the Ed Sprague bat retains knob markings corresponding to the player's uniform number. The signatures remain visible & contribute strong display appeal throughout the collection.

Together, the grouping represents an attractive collection of Blue Jays championship-era & franchise-history memorabilia with strong regional collector appeal.

Authentication & Provenance
While these items are not accompanied by third-party authentication, the bats display use characteristics consistent with professional play & are consistent with other known examples from the era. The pieces originate from the Greenshields Collection, a long-held private collection assembled over many years & featuring a broad selection of autographed sports memorabilia & professional model equipment.

Condition
All three bats present in good overall condition with visible professional use throughout including ball marks, scuffing, surface wear, checking, & handling wear consistent with game use. Signatures remain visible & display well overall. Minor aging & storage wear may be present throughout (see photos).
